Our competition team was formed in 2014 and has gone from strength to strength since. Our team meets on a Wednesday night for training which compliments and builds on their regular dance classes.

Ranging in age from 10 to 17 years the team rehearse group dances which are performed regularly throughout the year at various competitions, festivals and local demonstrations.

In addition to the group dances we also offer private lessons for those who wish to enter competitions with solo, duet or trio dances.

Rates for private lessons are available on request.

Team training classes are by invitation only at the discretion of the principal. Pupils who show dedication and commitment to their regular classes and take full advantage of all classes available on our timetable will be considered.

Team training is payable in a 4 week block and is not included as part of our Unlimited Class Pass (UCP). Extra costs may also be incurred for competition entry fees, travel expenses and costumes.

We are opening the training classes to new members in September and are keen to welcome some of our younger pupils who aspire to be in our competition team!
